As previously stated and confirmed at the recent Trust AGM, a Finance Forum will be held on Tuesday 10th December starting at 8pm in Monty’s Bar at Adams Park.
This is for those with a keen interest in the finances of the Trust and its subsidiaries (Wycombe Wanderers Football Club “WWFC” and Frank Adams Legacy Limited “FALL”) to ask questions that weren’t asked at the Trust AGM.
The Group Treasurer Martyn Broughton will be in attendance along with the other members of the Group Finance Committee and some of the Club and Trust Directors.
The end of year accounts for Wycombe Wanderers Supporters Group Ltd “WWSGL” and for FALL have been audited and signed off by the respective Boards and are attached here for reference WWSGL Stat Accts 30Jun19 and FALL Stat Accts 30Jun19
Whilst the audit for WWFC has finished, the end of year accounts are not yet signed by either the auditors or the Club Board. However we will be able to discuss the WWFC figures that were revealed at the Trust AGM and give answers using management accounts based on the completed audit, which agree with the information in the WWSGL report that has been signed.
