On Monday we advised Trust Members that we had reached provisional agreement with a private consortium for the sale and leaseback (with a buyback option) of the Training Ground, currently owned by our subsidiary company Frank Adams Legacy Limited.
A survey of members was conducted asking for their support and to date over 90% of the 402 members who have responded have supported the Trust Board or agreed to leave the matter in their hands.
Our negotiations with the purchasers are therefore proceeding with both parties keen to bring this to an early completion.
