Trust AGM – Wednesday 26th February

The Annual General Meeting of Wycombe Wanderers Trust was held on the evening of Wednesday 26th February.

The Annual General Meeting of Wycombe Wanderers Trust was held on Wednesday 26 February 2014 at 8.00pm in the Vere Suite at Adams Park.

In accordance with the Trust’s Rules, one third of the current Trust Board was required to retire. Alan Cecil, David Cook, Garry Heath and Colin Treacher therefore retired from the Board and offered themselves for re-election. James Sumner was also offering himself for election. With five candidates, a ballot was held to elect Directors to the four available positions on the Board.

The number of votes for each candidate was as follows:

  • Alan Cecil ——– 204
  • David Cook —— 197
  • Garry Heath —– 193
  • James Sumner – 123
  • Colin Treacher — 237

As a result the four retiring directors were re-elected to the Board of Wycombe Wanderers Trust Limited to serve for the next three years. Four more directors are due to retire at the 2015 AGM.
