The Board of Directors of Wycombe Wanderers Trust met on Tuesday 6th May being as soon as practicably possible after the end of the season.
The first business to be done was the slightly overdue reappointment of its officers:-
- Trevor Stroud was unanimously re-elected as Chairman of the Trust.
- The Vice Chairman is now Matt Clarke. Matt takes over this role from Garry Heath who remains Chairman of Frank Adams Legacy Limited.
- Reg Rundle was reappointed as Group Finance Director, but expressed his intention to stand down at the next Trust AGM
- Colin Treacher remains as Company Secretary.
The rest of the discussion was naturally dominated by receiving updates on the various parties who are keen to acquire and/or invest into the Football Club. It is hoped that a Members Update can be issued by the end of this week giving more information but nothing can be said publicly right now whilst confidential negotiations are taking place with interested parties.
