trust logo 003 wwfc our heritageWycombe Wanderers Trust held its regular monthly board meeting on Wednesday 20th May.

The WWFC Chairman attended and gave a full update on matters relating to the Football Club, including the benefits both financially and in terms of publicity that the Wembley trip will bring.

The 2015 pre season trip to France had been confirmed for 15 – 18 July, as an exercise to build team spirit, and fans will be able to join the trip through Motts Travel. Details are on the WWFC website via this link.

A Group Finance Team has been formed and meetings commenced with the overall aim of organising and controlling Trust, Club and FALL finances in one place.

187 applications have been received for the Share Scheme so far with a total value of £513,000 over the next five years.

Paul Foley has commenced as new head of WWSET, joining from AFC Wimbledon. Gerrards Cross Youth Club is due to reopen in June, in partnership with WWSET.

John Derben outlined plans for volunteers to carry out stadium maintenance work during the summer. In due course all volunteering will be centralised once the PALS initiative has been processed and commences.

Matchday badges have earned a profit of £2,829.50 for the 2014-15 season and will continue next season.
