Further to our previous communications about the completion of the deal with Rob Couhig, who is acquiring a 75% share in the football club, I can update you that we are in the very final stages of finalising the documents relating to the agreement.
The deal will not be completed today, as previously suggested, but it is expected to be finalised early next week and we will update you once this has been achieved.
We look forward to seeing as many supporters as possible at Sunderland tomorrow, and then back at Adams Park next weekend for the visit of Rochdale.
