We were saddened to hear recently of the death of long time Trust Member Diana Cooke. who passed away last month.
Diana, pictured here on the left on ‘that’ day at Torquay, was a season ticket holder at Adams Park for around twenty years. She was a familiar face at away games too as she and her daughter, Victoria, travelled to matches all over the country together from their home in Little Chalfont.
As a legacy member of the Trust she also volunteered around the club during the fan ownership period, helping with gardening, cleaning seats and painting the old gates that were moved from Loakes Park.
Despite being in excellent health, Diana died very suddenly at the age of 73.
Our sincere condolences go out to her family, especially husband Chris and daughter Victoria, and to all who knew her.
The November QBC draw was made in Marlow High Street on Tuesday, next to the gold post-box which honours the achievements of Naomi Riches MBE.
