We have recently been experiencing issues with a number of our emails not landing in members inboxes (with the issue being most accute with btinternet.com addresses). Whilst we are addressing some of the technical reasons behind this, there are two things our members can do to ensure that they receive timely communications from us:
1) Ensure we have your latest details. Those of you who have recieved emails recently can always check/amend the details we hold about you by clicking on “update profile” at the bottom of the mail. If you haven’t recieved any mails recently drop an email to [email protected] for us to investigate.
2) add [email protected] to your safe senders list. See below for a “how to” guide for popular email providers
