Calling Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held at Adams Park, Hillbottom Road, Sands, High Wycombe, Bucks HP12 4HJ and also online on Thursday 17th November 2022 at 7:30pm, for the following purposes: –

To receive and sign the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 18th November 2021.

To receive and adopt the Report of the Directors and the Audited Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022.

To re-appoint Haines Watts as auditors and to authorise the Directors to determine their remuneration.

To authorise adoption of the revised Trust Rules.

To elect as a Directors, 3 of the following five candidates:

Lisa Bowker, who is offering herself for re-election.

Alan Cecil, who is offering himself for re-election.

Tina Davis, who is offering herself for election.

Ben Dunlop, who is offering himself for election.

Jamie Kettlewell, who is offering himself for election.

Eligible members will have the opportunity to vote online (details will be provided on the night), or to submit a vote by email to be received no later than 23.59 on 16/11/22 to [email protected] (details will be provided separately). Please note email votes received after this date / time will not be counted.”

Notes: A member entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy (who need not be a member of the Society), to attend, speak at and vote on their behalf. A proxy form is enclosed and if completed should be returned to the Society’s registered office before the start of the meeting. No person other than the Chairman of the meeting may act as proxy for more than three members. No director seeking re-election will act as Chairman of the meeting.
