WWFC DSA are partnering with London Hire this season for their away travel. London Hire specialise in wheelchair and SEN travel throughout the country.
The first away trip with London Hire is to Oxford United on the 28th October 2023.
The mini bus caters for 4 wheelchair users and 8 seat-able passengers.
The cost of the mini and driver is £440 which between 12 passengers is £36.66 each (£18.33 each way, no worries regarding fuel or parking).
The DSA are aware that to travel with OWWSA is cheaper, however their pricing is on a larger standard coach.
If you would like to book a place onto the mini bus please confirm to Alex Vickery via email to [email protected] The information Alex would like is whether its a wheelchair position needed or a able bodied position.
Please note that this trip is all dependent on filling the minibus to keep the cost down.
Alex is aware that tickets are not available currently however he just wanted to let you know that this is an up and coming trip for the DSA.
Payment via bank transfer to be done by 20th October 2023 please – Alex will give you the details on request. If there is any issue please talk to Alex as this is an opportunity to cheer the Blues on away from Adams Park and everyone should be included.
The mini bus will leave with the OWWSA coaches the timing will be confirmed at an later date.
The DSA tries to be up front with the costing and strives to reduce cost where possible.
