The 2023 WW Trust AGM will be held in person at Adams Park, Hillbottom Road, Sands, High Wycombe, Bucks HP12 4HJ and also online on the evening of Thursday 16th November 2023 starting at 7.00pm. Details of how members will be able to participate will follow shortly.
The agenda will, as usual, include not only the election of directors but also the approval of the Trust accounts for the year to 30 June 2023, a presentation on the last year’s activities, a presentation of the future strategy for the Trust now we are a 10% shareholder in the Club and a general Q&A session.
Election of Directors one item of business will be the election, or re-election, of members to the Trust Board of Directors. Three of the current board, Chris Harvey, Tony Hector and Russell Jones are all due to retire by rotation. Whilst Tony Hector has advised that he wishes to stand for re-election, Chris Harvey and Russell Jones have decided that, after many years of service to the Trust, the time has come for them to stand down from the Board. We are reducing the size of the Board to 7 directors and therefore Lisa Bowker and Emily Isaac will also be standing down at the AGM. Only one position of Trust Director will therefore be available for election and nominations for this position are welcome from all eligible members, particularly those who have the necessary time and skills to contribute to the running of the Trust.
